conversion failed! an unexpected wmv error occurred while processing your project pops up
this has never happened before

Exception EAccessViolation in module libwmv-2.0.1.dll at 000022EB. Access violation at address 61C822EB in module 'libwmv-2.0.1.dll'. Read of address 00000000.
how can i fix this? |

Posted - Sep 25 2012 : 16:15:48 i did try that, it is a little better, but not much, but i think it's my tv... tried it on my daughter's 1080p and it was perfect and my tv is only a 720 and my laptop has a higher resolution, that's why i think it's the tv |

For greatest compatibility the disks generally created by DVD PixPlay are in DVD video format. Unfortunately this format is much lower quality than normal digital image quality.
If you are finding the quality is lower than DVDs then try specifying the highest quality encoding option (using the Alternate encoder) on Step 3 of the "Burn Disk" wizard.

Posted - Sep 24 2012 : 04:24:46 when viewing the burnt dvd on the computer, the pictures look great, but when viewing through my dvd player on tv, the pictures seem to loose the sharpness and look like a lower resoltion |
