Hello , Had a lot of problems with V7.04 could not get my photos and videos to download and burn onto DVD. Took your advice and re formatted avi videos to wmv but to no avail. However; after much pulling of my sparse follicles and pounding the desk, fingers crossed I think I have it working fine now. I used the troubleshooting programme on windows 7 and tried compatability and lo and behold up came "windows xp service pack 2 compatablility mode I saved this and DVD PixPlay has worked beautifully since as long as I reformat the avi files. Now I can sleep at night!

The download & conversion worked Ok but latter is lengthy. I will try to find a compatible format to convert before adding - the ones I used used to work with previous version! thanks

Hi

Do you mean you get the video conversion plug-in while trying to convert it with DVD PixPlay?

You will need to close DVD PixPlay while installing the plug-in.

If you have difficulty with that you should convert your videos to MPEG before adding them to DVD PixPlay. That way they will be in native format and will not require conversion.

My first project with V7.04 and have converted Quick time videos to AVI & MPEG using Prism with no success. I receive the message re downloading Video conversion Plug-in but part way through the process receive the message that it is already running.
Any suggestions please?

Hi

Try converting the videos to a more standard video format as outlined at:

http://www.xequte.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=3734

Failing, that you might find it easier to convert them to MPEG format prior to adding it to your project.

You can convert your files online (for free) at:
