If the DVD is not copy protected (e.g. a slideshow disk created with DVD PixPlay) then you can rip the vob files back to MPEG and then add the MPEG video to your PixPlay project.
There are a number of tools to do this, including those at:

If you are taliking about making a copy of a "retail" dvd than the answer is no. DVD PIXPLAY is used to create slideshow disks from photos, videos and music for playback on your DVD player or computer. You can use videos from your camera or camrecorder.
