Posted - Nov 25 2011 : 21:54:43 I just upgrated from V5.02 and am receiving the following message after seeing the msg "Creating DVD Files": "The application failed to initialize properly (0XC0000005) click OK to terminate".

Please e-mail me your log file
On Windows 7 and Vista:
C:\Users\ <YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN NAME> \AppData\Local\Xequte\DVD PixPlay\Logs\
On XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\ <YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN NAME> \Local Settings\Application Data\Xequte\DVD PixPlay\Logs\
Note: If you have Email Software you can do this quickly by selecting Help > Send Email to Support on the DVD PixPlay menu
