Posted - Apr 20 2011 : 03:35:29 Hi Eric
Are you sure you are not using the 64bit version of Windows?
I wouldn't expect a folder problem to give the error that you reported. Perhaps it was a temporary system issue.

Posted - Apr 17 2011 : 13:43:54 I tried what you suggested.
I was only able to download and instal the 64 version and when I tried to install the 32 bit version a prompt popped up stating my platform did not support the installation.
With further fiddling around I did get the slideshow burnt and the issue may have been an incorrect folder location to burn the file to.
Would that have been the possible issue?
Thank you.
And by the way, I really do enjoy your product and have used it for years and will continue to do so. The customer support has been excellent. |

Posted - Apr 16 2011 : 13:11:11 Hi
Please install the SPTD Burning Drivers:
1. Download and install one of the following:
Windows 7 32 bit and other Windows versions: http://www.xequte.com/download/PixPlay_SPTD_v176_32.exe Windows 7 64 bit: http://www.xequte.com/download/PixPlay_SPTD_v176_64.exe
2. Restart Windows
3. Run DVD PixPlay
4. Go into View > Options, Other, Advanced and set the DVD Burning Transport to SPT Direct
Does that resolve the issue?
