we have purchased your product, now we have attempted to make a multi video show . All seems to go well, except for one video...it creates an error as stated: An error was encountered while creating your slideshow: Exception EAccessViolation in module libmcl-5,5.068.dll at 00094A85. AccessViolation at address 00A64A85 in module "libmcl-5.50b8.dll". Read of address 0000000E.
Are you sure want to continue?
Yes No

We are able to see the complete video on our PC but it won't download completely to the project. all other videos seem to download correctly to the project. Would anyone be able to explain what we might be doing wrong. Thanks for any help. We are very anxious to complete our very first project with this new program but are getting frustrated rather quickly. yours truly, Bev
