Hi guys, have just completed a 298 photo dvd with music in widescreen format and find that it will play great for a while and then hang and freeze on one frame and will not respond to any control inputs. Basically you have to restart the dvd to get it going again. This is the second dvd I have burned in the hope that the problem would be corrected, but this one hangs on a different frame than the first. Hoping you can help
regards Bill

NUMBER3
IN VERSION 5.04:
Almost all skipping /hanging problems can be resolved by doing one or more of the following:

- Specifying the Highest Alternate quality encoding option (using the Alternate encoder) on Step 2 under the Output Quality section of the "Burn Disk" wizard

- Going into View>Options>Other>Advanced Options> Choose the Compatibility Tab and changing the DVD MPEG Audio Setting
