Some months ago I created a number of slideshows to which I added soundtracks. I seem to remember that I clicked Add Soundfile then selected tracks directly from a CD. I have just created another slideshow but when I click Add Soundfile I am told that there are no files on the CD (no recognized files). I overcame the problem my importing tracks from the CD via iTunes then copying them to the slideshow. This was a laborious process and one which I am bound to forget by the time I create my next slideshow.

Is there a simple and direct way of adding soundfiles (I have iTunes, Windows Media Player and Nero Express)?

Hi

At this time PixPlay won't retrieve music directly from a CD, but it's been on our to-do list for a while.

So to use them in PixPlay you need to rip them from a CD to files that are compatible with DVD PixPlay (preferably MP3).

You can this using Windows Media Player (once enabled WMP will automatically rip CD's as you play them). Or you can download ripping software from:
