I made a minor change to my slideshow, and I can now no longer "burn" a slideshow. I have an image as my first slide with three text boxes. It has worked OK several times, but now I get "An error was encountered creating your slideshow file list: Image with Text creation error." I can remove all slides with text, and it appears to work. What changed?

I just made the change on the compatibility tab. The problem I was having was related to pictures I had added text to. Hope this helps.

Can you tell us which fixed it please. Using the compatibility tab or reducing the image size
Thanks

Hi

A "Creation Error" error usually occurs when manipulating very large images and your system runs out of resources. Typically these are high definition images from a digital camera (e.g. JPEG images of more than 3 MB).

Try going into View > Options, Other, Advanced, "Compatibility" tab and check the option "Limit the size of memory bitmaps"

If that does not help you could reduce your images in size (with an image editor or batch conversion tool) before adding them to your DVD PixPlay project.
