Hi,
Having lots of trouble burning DVD of video files with new V5.02. I have converted the files to .wmv that tested OK for the sound sync problem I was having and now find the burn either freezes part way through (twice) or gives an error message "conversion failed No valid file was created" On closing that window the following message is at the bottom of frame info "Exception EMon in module libmd-5.4.0.dll at 00648F3 Cannot open movie file" (3 times)
Each time I have removed the video file that seemed to be the problem but next time the process either froze or gave the above error message. The total run time is about 17 minutes, 800MB.

I had a mixture of avi and wmv files but then tried with only wmv with the same result.

Any suggestions??

Hi

MPEG would be my preferred choice if you are pre-converting your videos for use with DVD PixPlay.

Please e-mail me your log file:

C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt

Note: On Windows Vista it is located at:

C:\Users\ <YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN NAME> \AppData\Local\Xequte\DVD PixPlay
