Hi,
Upgraded to version 5 last week. I had been working on a project named 2008. The project file is on my hard drive but the photos are on an external hard drive. This has never been a problem for DVD pixplay but today is the first time I have chance to use version 5 and when I try and open up the project, I get the following message-
Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b69fc
At the top of this message box, it says Windows - No disk
Therefore I thought that there was a problem with my external hard drive, this seems fine when I double click on the icon for the drive.
Is there anybody that can translate this double dutch, please?

Your welcome--glad I could help. Maybe Nigel will give me another star so I can try to catch up with GENERAL PATTON.

Hi Jim,
Thanks so much for your help. I renamed my external hard drive and bingo! everything is working as normal.
I do hope you get to use Pixplay for free as you're a massive help on this forum.

Try the possible solutions shown on the following website:
(I would recommend the second solution)
