I am able to output a .swf flash animation (from Anim-FX), convert to .avi video, and successfully place in a PixPlay presentation. However, when I use a 3D programme such as Xara3D or ULead Cool 3D and save as an .avi video, I cannot complete the PixPlay conversion to DVD. At "Creating DVD files, (3 of 3)" I get message "Error Encountered, STATU-ACCESS-VIOLATION" and this hapens whether I am trying to burn to disc or save to file. I have been able to burn DVD's including .avi videos from Ulead Cool 3D previously.
Any thoughts?

Hi

We occasionally see this error with certain video types that do not have an audio soundtrack. Can you please email the video to me for testing. If it is too large to email please use www.yousendit.com
