Posted - May 15 2009 : 01:00:18 1. I am very specific about sizing pictures - in a major project when burning-converting, PixPlay elongated some pictures. 2. After initiating a motion in a picture, the final frame should rest. To zoom in on a detail should provide few seconds for the section I feel worth to home in on. 3. Copying a frame to have an option to display before zooming caused a jerk when burned. 4. Sound: should be able to insert when wanted/needed and not only once from the beginning. |

Posted - Jun 07 2009 : 01:25:15 ad 1. happened when I tried to import in pinnacle as mpeg file. Seems to be resolved after I set the initial pixel shape to rechtangle and off square.
ad 3. I want to show an image before or after a motion effect/zoom. Thus I copied the same frame and inserted it. One of the 2 frames seems to jump after burning to HDD. Solved it by setting motion 'none' to the second frame.
ad 4. Can use all the sound jerks and quirks if I get the files into pinnacle correctly. However, looking forward to your mastering the audio inserts .
I'm using DVD PixPlay, because it displays images at the best possible quality...

Posted - May 17 2009 : 03:40:37 Hi
1. Can you explain in more detail. PixPlay will always maintain your original image quality. It is more likely the player is not showing the video with the correct shape pixels (video pixels are not square like on a computer).
Also try going into View > Options, Other, Advanced and enabling the "Improve Aspect Ratio" option
2. There is an option for that under Frame > Frame Properties, Motion Effect
3. Sorry, please explain that in more detail
4. Improvements to music handling are planned for a future version.
