I got an email from you asking us to post our number one gripe, so I will! I wasn't sure what forum you wanted this in, but since Pixplay is the only program of yours I have, I am posting it in here.

I would first like to say how helpful you have been in answering many questions I have posted. Pixplay is really easy to use once you understand it better. And you have done that.

There are only two things that stand out for things I wish it could do. First is being able to add a short digital clip in the body of a slideshow without having to give up the audio portion of the clip. I have seen slideshows that allow you to control the audio volume of the clip, and control the volume of the background music also. Meaning you can hear the original audio of the clip, and control how loud or softly you want the music to play in the background while the clip is playing.
Secondly, I would like to see Pixplay accept .mov files. Kodak digital cameras output their clips in .mov and it isn't very easy to convert them and get them to play in Pixplay.

I know Pixplay is supposed to be a program to work with still images, but I am finding short video clips inserted here and there in a slideshow is interesting. And I wish there was a way to do that, other than have them all at the beginning.

Otherwise, I commend you for all the prompt help you have given me. Thank you
Bette

Hi Bette

Thank you for your feedback.

1. I agree that our video handling could be improved and it is certainly on our to-do list for a future version. Unfortunately it requires us to first make some big changes to the video libraries that we use

2. Unfortunately MOV is not an open format so it is not easy to add support for it.
