How do I start my music on slide #2? I want it to be silent on the first slide and begin the music on the second slide. Thanks...

Hi

Everything looks good there. Please e-mail me your log file:

C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt

Note: On Windows Vista it is located at:

C:\Users\ <YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN NAME> \AppData\Local\Xequte\DVD PixPlay

Hello Nigel,
I sent you the playlist from my personal e-mail. Did you get it? I really need your help, this DVD is being presented on Sat.
Thanks...

Hi Jules

Can you please send me a screen shot of your background music list showing the silence file in place.

(To create a screenshot display the program with the problem visible then select PrintScreen (or PrtScr) on the top of your keyboard. Using Microsoft Word or an image editor such as Paint, select Paste. Save the file, if possible as a JPEG if you are using an image editor and send it to us)

Hi,
Ok, when I burned the DVD and played it back on the TV my silence was ignored on the first slide and the 50th slide. What did I do wrong? All the slides were off because there was no silence. Can you burn silence? Please help...

Hi

You will need to add "silence" for the display time of the first frame. There is a 1 second silence file in the DVD PixPlay folder:

C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\Silence.mp3
