I just purchased the program, and created 3 dvd, every thing worked great on the PC but when I burned to the dvd disks the first few frames of the first copy was choppy it behaved like that section of the disk was scratched, but the second copy worked fine. This happened 3 times, after messed up 3 disks I thought perhaps the problem was not just the damaged disks ( there are new TDK DVD-R in their on own case) How can I solve this problem? are there a setting needed to be set before burning to the Disk?
Help are greatly appreciated.
Jeanie.

Hi Jeanie

Try going into View > Options, Advanced and changing the DVD MPEG Audio Setting.

If that does not resolve it, specify the highest quality encoding option (using the Alternate encoder) on Step 3 of the "Burn Disk" wizard.
