Posted - Aug 23 2009 : 16:45:06 I would like to burn multiple slide shows to my DVD burner. When stepping through the wizard, the program seems to work correctly until I click finish. The program steps through the "crunching" of slides (through steps 2 of 4) and the menu customization appears. I've stepped through this menu as well. When clicking finish again the "crunching" through steps 2 of 4 appears then the customization of the DVD menu appears again. This appears to be a continous loop and the DVD is not burned.
I do not have any problems burning a single slide show project and the DVD burner works ok.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Posted - Sep 05 2009 : 01:54:10 Hi Sherry
I've seen your emails, but did not see one with the log. Firstly change back to SPTI (or ASPI) under View > Options, Advanced to restore your burning.
Then reproduce the problem burning multiple slideshow disks and e-mail me the following file:
C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt

Posted - Sep 04 2009 : 17:27:40 I have a dvd burner and the driver is not recognized. I downloaded the STPD drivers as stated in your FAQ but this doesn't work either. I have sent an email with the pixplay log.
Please help. I want to burn multiple but can't even burn 1 slideshow.
