Posted - Aug 03 2009 : 21:43:43 Can anyone tell me what program is the best when it comes to touching up photos? I want a program that will enhance my pics, enlarge them, make DVD covers and labels, etc. There are so many out there I don't know which one to choose. I'm looking to spend under $200.00. Thanks |

There is no one program out there that will do everything you want, but for a site that does a good job of reviewing the products ---I recommend the following website:
