Enkey, well I beat you by two years the old man will be 82 years old soon. I was taking for a ride again shame on me! Whit the e-mail sent to me for the new stuff (PixPlay v4.0)? Once it was downloaded to my computer, just as I was opening the file a window had opened saying that software was already on my bloody computer! And if I wished to replace it, my answer was YES, now how do you would like to pay twice for the same stuff in two years, I just feel like jumping over a bridge.
I’ve got all mix-ups with their sale; frankly I was looking for the PRO VERSION, where you are supposed to make miracles with the PPS files as what they clamed. Now, if I decide to buy the Pro Version, do you believe that they will credit my account from my last purchase, maybe it’s one of their Easter eggs?

If you saved the email sent to you than all you need to do is redownload the program again and than use the registration code again.
If you no longer have the email than go to the following link and complete the form--it may take you 24-48 hours(due to time zone differences ) to get a new serial number sent to you. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AGAIN ! ! !

If you want the PRO VERSION ask Nigel for that --he has SPECIAL PRICES for a few more days. He is a good YOUNG BOY so tell him you know me and I am sure he will give you a DISCOUNT! ! ! !
He is still catching up on emails due to the upgrade last week. You can change to the Professional version within four weeks of purchasing/upgrading by emailing him (and you'll only be charged the difference).
