When I make a slide show using a textured background it comes up well in the preview but when I burn the show the background comes up black,is there a reason for this and how can I fix it

When you selected File>Burn Slideshow what format did you choose?

Please also e-mail me the following file:

C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt
