I have the the same problem as posted by harripe I installed the music after downloading and chose the run option but still can't find background music I have the music readme printout that says your files have been saved to the music sub folder but I can't find them when I run DVD PIXPLAY. Any other suggestions please.

Hi Nigel re music downloads I have now found the downloaded files and they contain all the music files,I am new to computing but learning fast. Thanks for your help and prompt reply, Trevor.

Hi

If you run Windows Explorer and go the folder:

C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\Music\

What files does it contain?
