Posted - Jan 05 2009 : 21:06:17 My problem is almost identical to that of jimarch, June 25 2007. I had this problem with my last little production and was able to remedy it but either can't remember or cannot repeat what I did!! The latest two disks burnt are unreadable on either my computer or DVD players. Any suggestions |

Next time it fails, please e-mail me the following file:
C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt

Posted - Jan 06 2009 : 05:26:25 Thanks Nigel for your prompt and timely reminder. I had used DVD-R and have just had a successful burn with a DVD+R disk. My previous failure a few weeks back was with +R so maybe there was another setting I had accidentally changed? I will record these settings for future reference.

Posted - Jan 06 2009 : 02:41:06 Hi
Did you encounter any errors when burning?
If you examine the disk with Windows explorer does it contain any files and folders?
What has changed since your burning worked? E.g. are you using a different type of disks?
