Posted - Oct 25 2009 : 08:29:24 Why won't the program load images in the order they are filed in on my computer -- either by number, by alphabet or just in the set-up in "my pictures". Why do I have to rearrange the order everytime I put a slide show together? |

Perhaps you should send me some screenshots of exactly what you are seeing in the Add Images window.
(To create a screenshot display the program with the problem visible then select PrintScreen (or PrtScr) on the top of your keyboard. Using Microsoft Word or an image editor such as Paint, select Paste. Save the file, if possible as a JPEG if you are using an image editor)

Posted - Oct 25 2009 : 09:07:28 SJCHASE Did you select the "Sort by Name" option? If you did then all numbered slides will be shown first, followed by all other slides in proper alphabetical order.
You probably have the "Sort Randomly" button checked, so you will have to uncheck it.

Posted - Oct 25 2009 : 08:52:41 Thanks for info but it doesn't work. Sort doesn't read alphabetical or numerical order, still random input. I suppose if I renamed every file by date it might work, but if it isn't reading numerical order == probably not. |

Have you noted the sort button on the bottom right of the "Add Images" window. It is right above the red X on the Cancel button.
Choose the best sort option there. DVD PixPlay will add the images in the order they are displayed.
