Posted - Oct 24 2009 : 03:01:04 Dear All,
I'm using V3.35 and having problems when trying to "Burn Slideshow to Disk" using "Image Format" option.
Using the "Slideshow Creation Wizard" at "Step 4 of 4" I select "Save to Folder" option then the Finish button.
Shortly afterwards an error message is generated "Could not create Slideshow Files folder". The title of the error window is "DVD PixPlay - 2% Complete ( Preparing Files)".
My only option then is to Cancel the Wizard.
No matter what folder name I specify this error message always appears.
1. Does anybody else have this problem? Maybe you could try the above steps on your PC to see if you too get my error message?
2. Does anybody have a work around?
Nigel at Xequte is aware of this problem but so far has not been able to simulate it.
My PC is running English Windows XP SP2 but I also have thsi problem on another PC running 98SE .
Look forward to any comments, thanks.

Posted - Oct 30 2009 : 01:13:08 OK, I will fix that for the next update.
In the meantime you can workaround the issue by creating in DVD+Images format and then deleting the DVD movie folders (VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS).

Posted - Oct 29 2009 : 03:46:42 Hi Nigel,
Yes I can confirm it is ok with "DVD+Image" but not with "Image only".
Hope this is the answer you were looking for?
Thanks again.
Regards

Posted - Oct 28 2009 : 19:45:36 Hi Chris and Carlo
Does it work if you use the DVD+Images format? If so, then I think I know the cause.
