Posted - Sep 20 2009 : 12:32:20 Hi! I need help with the process of burning DVD.. It takes too long, and it stops at 62%. Then, I get an error message and it stops. It's really annoying because I have to get the presentation ready for tomorrow night. Can anybody tell me which options do I have to make it work? Thanks in advance! (Please, forgive my english, but I'm not an english-talker) |

If that fails to resolve the problem, please e-mail me the following file:
C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt

Try going into View>Options> Other Options> Avanced Options> Compatability Options and changing the "Use SPTI transport for burning disks." If it is checked --uncheck it.
On the Burn Disc Wizzard step 3 Disply Quality under Output Quality select Standard from the dropdown box.
