I would like to purchase the product However I am going to need to buy according to my kids an external hard drive and a dvd burner and I would like to know what ones you thin would give me the best results with your program I also already have a dvd model # EWR2OV5 and I want to know if this is compatible. My intention is to scan appox 12,000 pictures 1/3 that are poloroid pictures and I am wondering if there will be a problem with the resalution with these pictures. I want to purchase tonight or in the morning because I am more then ready to get started on this project. Any thoughts as to whether I need the biggest package or can you add on

Hi Cheryl

DVD PixPlay does not require an external hard drive. As long as you have sufficient temporary space on your computer, then that should be fine.

A CD or DVD burner is required for outputting your slideshow to disk. Almost any CD/DVD burner will be fine.

The Emerson EWR20V5 that you mention should support all disk formats (except CD-RW) and slideshow formats of DVD PixPlay:
