Have you ever tried to sign in to your iCloud account, use your App Store login, or use any other Apple ID and received an Apple ID sign in, verification failed error message? Here's what to do if you can't sign in to your Apple ID. Sometimes your iPhone does not sync properly with the Apple server. For example, on your side, you could be connected. But this information is not reflected on the server. It can also cause annoying errors like Apple ID verification failed.
In this method, I will guide you to check if you are actually logged in to your ID via verification code. Follow the steps I have mentioned below:
Step 1 – Sign in your Apple ID on any other iPhone.
Step 2 – Go to Settings of this iPhone, then tap iCloud.
Step 3 – Tap on the Password & security option and then tap on Generate verification code.
Step 4 – Now use this verification code on your own iPhone which is showing the error.
Tip: If you have OpenDNS or VPNs installed on your device, remove them as they may prevent your device from connecting to Apple properly.
The problem with this method is that you need access to another iPhone to use it. If you've tried this method to no avail, keep reading to find the solution that's right for you.
