You cancel your flight at least 60 days before your flight.You cancel the flight within 24 hours after at least 7 days.[url=https://www.cancelation-policy.com/china-airlines-cancellation-policy]China Airlines Cancellation Policy[/url] says your flight is canceled by the airline itself
If your flight is delayed for at least 2 hours. Your flight is scheduled and the new flight does not suit you.
