Passengers may request a refund only 24 hours after the original booking. Changes can be made within one year of the original reservation. Skywest Airlines Cancellation Policy says, if you have contacted a travel agent or third-party consolidator to purchase your ticket, please follow their suggestions to handle the refund process.
