There are a few things that could be causing Windows Live Mail Not Working. First, make sure that the program is up-to-date by opening it and going to Help, and then tapping Check for Updates. If there are any updates available, install them and restart the program.
Next, try resetting the program to its default settings by going to Tools > Options > Maintenance > Store Folder and clicking the Reset button. Finally, if the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

Here are some steps you can take to resolve Windows Live Mail not working:

Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable and strong internet connection. If you are using a Wi-Fi network, try switching to a wired connection.

Restart Windows Live Mail: Sometimes, simply restarting the Windows Live Mail program can fix the issue. Close the program and reopen it.

Check your email account settings: Ensure that your email account settings in Windows Live Mail are correctly configured. Double-check the incoming and outgoing server settings, as well as the username and password.

Update Windows Live Mail: Make sure that you are using the latest version of Windows Live Mail. Check for updates and install any available updates.

Disable your antivirus software temporarily: Sometimes, antivirus software can interfere with Windows Live Mail. Try disabling your antivirus software temporarily and see if this fixes the issue.

Repair Windows Live Mail: You can try repairing the Windows Live Mail program using the Control Panel. Go to Programs and Features, find Windows Live Essentials, and click on Repair.

Reinstall Windows Live Mail: If none of the above steps work, try uninstalling and reinstalling Windows Live Mail.

Greetings,
Peter

Temporarily disable them to see if they are causing the issue. If Windows Live Mail works after disabling them, consider adjusting the settings https://rainbowfriends.io or adding exceptions to allow the application to function properly.
