If your Outlook inbox is not updating, it could be due to various reasons. Here are some common causes and their solutions:
Slow or unstable internet connection: Check your internet connection to ensure that it's stable and fast enough to sync your emails. If it's slow or unstable, try resetting your router or contacting your internet service provider.
Large email attachments: If you've received an email with large attachments, it can take a while for the email to sync with Outlook. Wait for a few minutes and check if the email appears.
Cached mode is enabled: If you have enabled Cached mode in Outlook, it may be causing the issue. Try disabling it by going to File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Change > More Settings > Advanced tab > Cached Exchange Mode.
Outlook is outdated: Ensure that you're running the latest version of Outlook. Check for updates and install them if available.
