If you are not actively looking for a job in Australia but are interested in longer-term immigration, you can also participate in the “SkillSelect” program.
This allows you to register an expression of interest (Expression Of Interest: EOI) and to register your CV on a database to which Australian recruiters have access.

If you obtained your diploma in France or outside the Oceania-Pacific area, then your diploma is not recognized in Australia.
You will need to demonstrate that your academic qualifications and work experience are sufficient to obtain a positive assessment from Australia. Your training must correspond to the minimum requirements set by the code (the equivalent of the ROME code) of your profession (see here).
