Usually, when emails are deleted from Outlook inbox, you can find them in Deleted Items folder. The next time the user logs on, the information in Outlook is synchronized with the server. This is how you can recover emails from OST files. Here you can also use professional Cigati Outlook OST Recovery to recover and repair corrupted Outlook OST files into PST, EML, DBX, MSG, and MBOX file format.

If you have accidentally deleted your OST (Outlook Offline Storage Table) file data, there are several steps you can take to attempt recovery:

1. Check the Deleted Items Folder:
Start by checking the "Deleted Items" folder in Outlook. Sometimes, deleted items might still be there, and you can simply move them back to the inbox.

2. Recover Deleted Items:
In Outlook, go to the "Folder" tab, and then select "Recover Deleted Items." This will allow you to recover items that were recently deleted, including those from your OST file.

3. Use the 'Recover Deleted Items' Tool:
If the above method doesn't work, you can use the "Recover Deleted Items" tool in Outlook. This tool is more powerful and can help recover items that are no longer in the "Deleted Items" folder.

4. Check the Deleted Items Folder on the Server:
If your email is hosted on an Exchange server, deleted items might still be in the "Deleted Items" folder on the server. You can access this folder and recover your deleted emails.

Peter
