To recover the data from damaged OST file I suggest you the best vMail OST to PST Converter software which is made up with the great combination of the best technology and the advanced technology. It does not make any changes in the original structure of OST. With the aid of this application, you can do the entire task easily and safely. Various different types of formats are supported by this tool such as PST, EML, EMLX, vCal, MSG, MBOX and vCard etc.

Open Outlook and ensure the OST file you want to convert is associated with your profile.
Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
Choose Export to a file and click Next.
Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
Choose the folders or individual emails you want to export from the OST file.
Select a location and name for the new PST file.
Click Finish to start the conversion.

Regards,
Peter
