I recommend that you use the Vartika TGZ to PST Converter tool, which is an excellent solution for exporting Zimbra mailboxes to PST files that support all Microsoft Outlook versions, including Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, and 2003. This Solution presents a resurvey feature for the greater conversion of Zimbra to PST without the corruption of its data. It is tolerable for all Windows OS platforms such as Win 10, 8.1, 8, 7, XP, Vista, etc.

First, Unzip the TGZ file; Select & Right Click on the file & click on Extract Files.
Now Launch TGZ to PST Converter on your System.
Select conversion option: Single Mailbox & Multiple Mailbox.
Next, you can select the mailboxes & start the migration process.
