Use an automated tool like Merge PST Tool to get around the restrictions and dangers of manual techniques. One of the greatest solutions is to merge PST files using PST Merge software. The amazing capabilities of this tool include:

• This program maintains a user-friendly GUI. Multiple Outlook PST files may be securely and easily combined, even by novice and non-technical users.
• There are options to keep deleted and duplicate items out of the final PST file. Consequently, you may also obtain a PST file that has de-duplicated data.
• There are no limitations on the Merge PST Tool. As a result, this software enables users to upload and combine several files at once.
• It integrates all data without changing anything, including emails, notes, calendars, and diaries.

Without deleting the original data files, the PST Merger Tool can easily join PST files, regardless of their size, and delete empty files. There is no effect on the quality of Outlook files after they have been merged. A complete PST folder can be added to the Outlook PST software at once using folder mode for combining Outlook data. This Merge PST software supports all MS Outlook versions like 2021, 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003, etc.
