Hi Nigel
Run through again how I do up the test log for you. I will then send it as long as there is no privacy issues. Do you know if the test log will show the email addresses of anyone? Management won't allow that for obvious reasons. Privacy is a big issue.

We have released v12.05, which makes the error non-blocking.

Hi Nigel
I did not receive the debugging info but that's okay. I found how to do it in another email you previously had sent. However it looks like this will send email addresses of clients. Is that correct? Management will not allow email addresses to be sent out for privacy reasons. Can you please advise me if the debug log contains email addresses of subscribers. Thanks.

Hi Bruce

I sent the debug details the email address you use on this forum.

Unfortunately the debug log, by necessity, outputs all information. You can do a find and replace to obscure the details however (e.g. replacing all the .coms, @'s, etc).
