Hi Nigel

Another problem I am having is with the vacation hold. As the vacation hold is a standard item it uses the %Group% to reply back to the subscriber. However I cannot get it to indicate the correct group.

All it says is Default like below:

Your Subscription To Default Is Now On Hold

In the webform the subscriber fills out it has the field:
Group: NameOfGroup

And the name is correct.
The field is listed in the webforms field and the form subject is listed correctly in the webform subjects.

The form is being received properly by mail list king and shows all the fields and their titles properly.

The vacation hold works and sets up the subscriber for a subscription hold but it does not show the subscriber the correct name of the group they have placed on hold.

So what am I doing wrong? (Using 12.04R - business edition)

Hi

Vacations apply to the whole mailing list, not just a group, i.e. if they disable sending, it disables it for all the member's groups that you send to.

So %GROUP% has no meaning in vacation messages.

You can use %Field:GroupMembership% if you want to show all groups that the member belongs to.
