When doing mass mailouts (of a document created in Word as a webpage) from "personal edition v11.21B R" i receive complaints from smartphone users that the message is difficult or impossible to decipher. Is there a way to ensure messages are clear to all? thanks.
I don't have particular knowledge of the level of HTML that is supported by cell phones, but I would be very cautious and ensure it is the minimum, in particular restrict your use of tables and embedded images.
