Hello: We are using AmazonSES with MLK v.11 (Business), and have verified three addresses, but MLK does not recognise any of them. When we press 'Verify Address...' we get the message, "You have not verified your current address. Click the "Verify" button and then check your email software..."
We have: reinstalled MLK; restarted MLK; and also logged out of, and then back in to, our Amazon Management console. Nothing is working.
Please do a test sending then email me the log file:
1. Run MLK and click Ctrl+Shift+I. 2. Check the box to display your "Sending Logs" folder and click "OK" 3. In that folder your log files are named "mail_sent_*.txt" with the date of the delivery included in the name. Find the files of the relevant date and send them to me
