My PC crashed so I lost my serial number. I needed to upgrade anyway. Can I upgrade to the latest DVDPixPlay for $19.95 without a SN?

Why not email sales@xequte.com <sales@xequte.com> and ask for your serial number

Yes, I did that but need the program ASAP. They wat 1-2 days to respond. Xequte wants all the credit card info before I find out if I can get the upgrade without the SN.

Hi Jim

We generally take 12 - 24 hours to respond, plus if you have purchased the latest version and use the lost key web form you should get an automatic response within a few hours.

You don't need your original serial number to upgrade as we have all that information on file anyway.

We do not need or ask for your credit card info to resend your original serial number (though you may want to upgrade to the newest version if you are using an older one).
