I would like to know how to add a music file to just one frame. Everytime time I try, I end up with all of the previous frames stretched out, or the one previous frame being changed to 300 or 400 seconds. I have done this in the past with an older version of PixPlay, and it had an "Align to Frames" function instead of the present "Sync to Frame" function. If I remember correctly, it was very simple to just add a song to a given frame. It does not appear that that is possible now. Help----PLEASE.

Hi

The name has changed from "Align to Frames" to "Sync to Frame" but the functionality is the same.

You should be able to do it like this:

Example: You have five frames and three songs. You want to time as follows:

Frame 1 - Song 1
Frame 2 - Song 1 cont.
Frame 3 - Song 1 cont.
Frame 4 - Song 2
Frame 5 - Song 3

Step 1: Time song 1 to frames 1 - 3

1. Select Edit > Slideshow Properties, Music
2. Select Song 1 and click "Sync to Frame"
3. Choose to finish on Frame 3 and click OK

Step 2: Time song 2 to frame 4

1. Select Song 2 and click "Sync to Frame"
2. Choose to finish on Frame 4
3. Choose not to change times prior to Frame 4
4. Click OK

Step 3: Time song 3 to frame 5

1. Select Song 3 and click "Sync to Frame"
2. Choose to finish on Frame 5
3. Choose not to change times prior to Frame 5
4. Click OK
