We are using MLK to send notifications to our customers when pre-ordered items are ready for collection. Some customers have more several open orders at any one time for different products.
I realise that MLK will not allow me to import users with duplicate email addresses unless the name field is unique. So as a workaround I'm using the order number in the name field to ensure that the name is always unique and therefore I can have the duplicate entries I need.
The problem is this.... When I'm composing the email, MLK automatically puts the users name (the order number) into the "To" field along with the email address like this. To: 123456 <user@domain.com> How can I stop the name from being displayed here, and have email address only?
