I am having problems with 'email processing'. Whenever MLK checks my inbox, it sends out a new message to the subscriber. I have it set so that the inbox is checked every hour for a new subscriber. Obviously, to a customer, this will look very unprofessional. Please help!!!! How do I make sure people who have already subscribed and have received their welcome message do not get sent another email?
If enabled, Subscribe Acknowlegements are sent every time a user attempts to subscribe to a group.
Perhaps you should use a Welcome Message. It is only sent the first time a user subscribes to a group. If they subscribe again they are not sent a message.
