When I click on the button "Check for new" it gives the following error: "An error was encountered connecting to Outlook: Method 'RECIPIENTs' not supported by automation object".

Anyone else experienced this also?

Regards

Bjorn

Hi Bjorn

Are you using Outlook 2010 64 bit?

What version of Outlook is this?

Hello Nigel,

I'm using Outlook 2003 and MLK 5.33. I have solved the problem by installing MLK on a new pc.

regards

I've got this same issue that just cropped up today.

I'm running outlook 2010 32bit on a windows 7 box. Everything was working fine until today, and checking for new after a mailout generated the error

Hi

Please go into View > Options, Other, Outlook Settings, and ensure the "Use Extended MAPI" option is checked.
