We are using MLK’s personalization features, e.g., %Firstname%, %Email%, in conjunction with an email tracking service that uses a 1x1 pixel image to track email opens. We are interested in switching providers for our tracking and were wondering if anyone knew of a particular service that would work well with MLK. Or do you have an email tracking service you use that you'd recommend? Thanks,
We are hoping to have a server-side tracking solution before too long, but MLK will work with any of the tracking services that are available, though i don't know enough about them to make a recommendation.
I have heard from some customers who use Google Analytics.
