Hi

Is this in v6.10?

Please e-mail me your log file:

C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt

Note: On Windows 7 and Vista it is located at:

C:\Users\ <YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN NAME> \AppData\Local\Xequte\DVD PixPlay

Note: If you have Email Software you can do this quickly by selecting Help > Send Email to Support on the DVD PixPlay menu

Hi Gisele

You are still using v6.0, so please download v6.10 from:

http://www.xequte.com/pixplay/download.html

If it does not fix the problem, then email me your log again.
