I don't know if your software will be able to do what I want but let me explain
I'm advertising jobs at various websites and people respond to the advert and usually the job site sends me an email with the peoples cv and contact details including email adresses, (so its not necessarily the from address that I need to reply too) I need to get all the email address in the to: and body of email and actually reply to that adress with an autoreply, I also don't want to autoreply to the jobsite email adress I want an exclusion list, I also don't need to download the email or the cv's or any other info all I want is the emails adress's and then I need to reply with a single reply sending the people to my website. That's it! How can you help me?
I actaully tried to link outlook through pop to my mail account and it takes very long to download the mails it says something like 2hrs, i think thats because i have all the peoples cv's attached to the emails, i actually dont need the cv's all i need is the every single email adress then i need to filter them against a list of which i dont want to reply too and then send a standard message reditecting them to my website.
The main problem you will have here is that as the messages are unformatted, MailList King has no way to determine which address to use. Should it use the reply address or an embedded address in the message. No automated process can guess that unless there is some kind of formatting of the message. In other words you would actually require human intervention to determine which address to reply to (whereas MLK's focus is on automatic processes).
Also if MLK is retrieving the messages from a POP server then it will download all the attachments too, this can be slow if all messages have huge attachments. You may be better to download the messages first using email software then use rules to have MLK only process the messages that are relevant (while your email software will be just as slow downloading them, it may prevent you downloading some messages twice - once for your email software and once for MLK).
