i got dvd pixplay and i really love the program but 1 thing wrong when i did a slide show it won't play in my dvd player ..please someone tell what the trouble is thank-you

Hi

When you selected File > Burn Slideshow what format did you choose?

What is the brand and model of the DVD player you are testing the disk in?

Please also e-mail me your log file:

C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt

Note: On Windows 7 and Vista it is located at:

C:\Users\ <YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN NAME> \AppData\Local\Xequte\DVD PixPlay


Note: If you have Email Software you can do this quickly by selecting Help > Send Email to Support on the DVD PixPlay menu
