Hi Nigel, You need to check the new form wizard. Try changing the default heading text and focus just jumps back to the style after each letter typed in. Virtually unusable at present.
And I see that after all these years, you still have not rectified the inactive minimise button when using the make new mail pop up window. This continues to make it awkward to design a newsletter using the software.
If I want to use a paragraph or element from another newsletter for example, it's impossible to minimise the one currently being prepared and go and grab that previous content for insertion. You have to schedule the current one for a later send, then re-open it and re-edit.
You have now made it possible to edit this properly again, but a simple minimise would be much more convenient.

Hi Peter
The focus issue in the web form wizard is fixed in v9.11.
The send message dialog is "modal" meaning that, by design, you are not supposed to use other forms while it is shown. This is to prevent some confusion that could arise from changing the recipients in the main form, e.g. where a user has specified the recipients as "Currently Displayed Recipients" and goes to the main form and selects a different group. Do we then update the recipients for the message, or use the new selection???
